It recognizes when i place a pod in it and when i hit it with no pod (displays no atomizer message) but when i insert the pod and hit it nothing happens. Mine is doing the same thing!!! As for mods, the Aegis X is the best combination of durability and performance, can’t go wrong with it! I do like the lightweight of my Gen S, though. A quick internet search revealed that the Novo, like most autofiring Vapes, will have issues with the diaphragm switch when it is in contact with e-liquid. The pressure from the fluid casuses the switch to stay closed. The suggested fix is to leave the battery upside down over night, so it can drain. The Novo 4 has separate pod and coil which are $5 each but you should only need to replace the coil usually. The Novo X coils last longer but the Novo 4 is an overall better experience. You should never starve your pod in either or the coil will get burnt, but the X pod can take it better, while the Novo 4 coil will be completely burnt after 5 ....
