The 2003 Tiburons (Specially made before April 1st 2002) had a pretty terrible finish on them. The paint used was also fairly chintzy. Granted I am missing paint on my driver and passenger door jams (at the bottom) there is zero rust on my car what so ever. Check fuses, not visually but with a tester or meter. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground.
